Echoing God’s promise in Jeremiah 31:34, the writer of Hebrews reminds readers that God not only forgives our sin but chooses to forget them also. In God’s eyes we are not a collection of our past mistakes, but a new creation through the blood of Jesus Christ.

May our lives be marked by forgiveness of others as we have been forgiven, Mighty Saviour, we pray. Amen
